Revvi bikes have no pedals. They run on a throttle. That puts every one of them outside the EAPC rules, so they cannot be ridden on a road, pavement or cycle path. They are for private land where you have the owner's permission.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch3\u003eThe Freedom Factor\u003c\/h3\u003e\u003cp\u003eA two-year-old cannot pedal and steer and balance all at once. Take the pedalling away and there is only balance left to learn. You choose which one they are on, and you move them up when they have earned it, not before.
