We work with referral partners (other charities and organisations) who can add you to our waitlist. Or you can fill in the bike request form and we will contact you as soon as a bike is available.

Notes about Our Free Bike Programme

• Our organisation is supported by local volunteers and limited fund. Due to limited resources, we can only accept bike requests in Glasgow.

• Applicants with a referral from an organisation, charity, or support service will be given priority. To increase your chances, please ensure you have a referral submitted on your behalf by a recognised organisation or service.

• Once a bike becomes available, we will contact both the applicant and the referring organisation or individual.

• Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee when a bike will be available.

• We currently have a long waiting list for our free bike programme, as availability depends on community donations and funding. To support as many people as possible, all applications will be treated as requests for a standard (non-electric) bike.

• If an ebike would significantly help your situation, please tell us in your application. We review every request with care and aim to prioritise those with the greatest need.
