Cycle without stigma
Our mission is simple: Empower people with free bikes. We believe that no one should have to choose between eating a square meal and catching the bus. That’s why we do bikes. We refurbish second-hand bicycles and give them to people in need, such as refugees, asylum seekers, those who are destitute, unaccompanied young people, and those on low incomes.
Do you need a bike?
We work with referral partners (other charities and organisations) who can add you to our waitlist. Or you can fill in the bike request form and we will contact you as soon as a bike is available.
Notes about Our Free Bike Programme
Our organisation is supported by local volunteers and limited fund. Due to limited resources, we can only accept bike requests in Glasgow.
We currently have a long waiting list for our free bike programme.
We do our best to allocate available bikes, but availability depends on our funding and the number of donated bikes we receive.
Once a bike becomes available, we will contact both the applicant and the referring organisation or individual.
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee when a bike will be available.
Applicants with a referral from an organisation, charity, or support service will be given priority.
To increase your chances, please ensure you have a referral submitted on your behalf by a recognised organisation or service.
