At our online Ebike store, we’re committed to offering great value and earning your trust. That’s why we regularly check competitor prices and adjust ours to stay competitive.

If you find the same product available for less elsewhere, get in touch—we may be able to match the price, provided it meets all criteria below:

• The item must be identical (same brand, model, size, and colour).

• It must be in stock and ready for delivery from the seller.

• The seller’s price must include UK delivery within 7 days.

• The seller must be UK-based and sell directly to customers.

• The lower price must not involve membership discounts, bulk pricing, or personal discounts.

• Other offers, vouchers, or schemes (like Cycle to Work scheme) cannot be used with a price match.

We do not match prices from:

• Clearance or closing down sales

• Pre-sales or auction-style listings

• Online marketplaces like eBay or Amazon

• Specialist or trade-only retailers

We reserve the right to decline a price match at our discretion.
