Tell us. We will do our best to match it.
What we need from you
Send us a link to the listing, or bring it in on your phone. That is the whole process — there is no form to fill in.
When we can match a price
- The item is identical — same brand, model, size and colour
- It is in stock, and the seller can deliver it within 7 days
- The seller is UK-based and sells directly to the public
- The lower price is a normal price, not a membership, bulk or personal discount
When we cannot
- Clearance and closing-down sales, pre-sales and auction listings
- eBay, Amazon and trade-only retailers
- Alongside another offer, voucher or a Cycle to Work scheme — a price match cannot be combined with these
We reserve the right to decline a price match at our discretion. If we cannot match a price we will tell you why.
Why we do this
We are a Community Interest Company, not a chain. Every bike sold here funds the repair workshop and the community programmes. We would rather you bought from us at a fair price than went elsewhere — so ask.
