Inclusive Capability

Glasgow is not flat, and hills are the single most common reason people give up on cycling. A bike that climbs without asking much of you changes what is possible for someone with limited cardiovascular capacity, a knee that objects, or simply an unwillingness to arrive at work wrecked. The low step-through frame is the other half of that.
